Shipping Time: International Standard Shipping 7-15 Business Days.
Changes: If you are notified of a change in delivery time at checkout, that time will be the latest delivery time. If the product description includes an "estimated arrival date," we cannot guarantee that delivery date.
Return Policy: You can return or refund your item within 14 days of receiving it. Please make sure the item is unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that fit closely to the body (sponge masks)
- gift card
- Downloadable software products
- Electronic games
- Lens protection film
- Anti-fog lens cleaning cloth
- Third Party Relief Orders
- Custom-made products (lenses, special specifications)
To complete a return, you must provide proof of purchase. We require your order number and the email address used to place the order. If the item is inspected within 14 days, you are eligible for a return and refund, however return shipping charges will not be refunded. We will not accept return requests that do not follow this policy.
Returns on International Orders: All orders outside of Japan are final sale. We do not accept returns or refunds on international orders.
Refund Policy: After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will also keep you updated on the progress of your refund. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Delayed or Unreceived Refund: If you have not received your refund after more than 5 business days, please first check with your financial institution or credit card company. It may take some time for the official refund to be reflected in your account. If you are still having trouble, please contact us at duckbros.tech@gmail.com .
Sale Items: Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges: We only offer exchange services for defective or damaged items. If you require an exchange, please send us an email at duckbros.tech@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used to place the order, and the reason for return or the specific issue with your order.
Return Shipping: To return an item, please ship the item back to us. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility and will not be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be based on the value of the item, but will not exceed the original purchase price. If you have any issues with shipping, please contact the shipping company directly. We do not guarantee return shipping times.
